Releases and recovery
Restart, recover and roll back to accepted releases.
A release is a built version of your application that passed its checks. Runtime keeps your current and previous releases.
Restart and recovery
Restarts and recovery use the accepted release that is already built. They do not rebuild your source or pull a new image.
Rollback
Roll back to restore the previous accepted release.
When rollback is refused
If the release you select is no longer available, Runtime refuses the rollback. It never substitutes a different image, a moving tag such as latest, or your original source image. Deploy again to create a new release.
Rebuild
A rebuild creates a new release from the application's source. It is always scoped to that application.
