Processes
Start, stop, restart and scale your application's processes.
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Start | Starts the application's processes. |
| Stop | Stops them. The application and its releases are kept. |
| Restart | Restarts processes from the current release, without rebuilding. |
| Rebuild | Builds a new release from source and deploys it. |
| Restore | Brings processes back after a host restart. |
| Scale | Sets how many processes of each type run. |
| Inspect | Shows process details. |
Connect to a running process
You can open an interactive session in a running process of your application, for debugging. You cannot start new one-off containers; use Ongoings for one-off and scheduled work.
